● AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP): For uninsured/under-insured clients.

● Lee County Human Services: Financial assistance for rent, utilities, and homelessness prevention. Apply online: [Lee County Housing Assistance ➔].
● HOPWA Program: Specific housing support for individuals with HIV.

● Lee Tran Bus Passes: 2 all-day bus passes per month.
● Gas Cards: 1 gas card every other month.

● Oral health services for HIV-positive clients under the Ryan White Program.

● Mental Health Coverage: Assistance with co-pays or deductibles for those with insurance.
● No Coverage: We provide mental health services for uninsured clients.

● Help with insurance premiums, co-pays, and deductibles through the McGregor Insurance Plan.
● Assistance in updating Social Security for Medicare/Medicaid transfers after relocating.

● Monthly Food Voucher: $30 voucher available.
● Food Pantry Access: 1 bag of food available monthly at our Carrell Rd. location.
● Community Resources: Help applying for Food Stamps and access to the Harry Chapin Food Bank mobile pantry.
